BMW E30 Specifications

BMW E30 models came equipped with variety of four and six cylinders motors – namely:
M10 engine – in early four cylinder models such as 318.
M20 engine – has six cylinders and came in two main different versions – M20B25 found in E30 325i and 325is, and M20B27 found in E30 325 and 325e or ‘eta’. There was also M20B27 ‘super eta’ made only in 1988.
M42 engine – is a dual overhead cam engine found in later versions of four cylinder models such as E30 318i, 318is, 318 iC.
